Dear Civic Center Parking Garage
Thank you for the privilege of paying $91.00 a month to park in your garage. Thank you also for the privilege of having the crap scared out of me 3 out of 5 days of the week. Monday, scary homeless people loitering in the garage, Tuesday, more scary homeless people, Wednesday, 4 cop cars and lots of scary homeless people. All of this for the bargain basement price of $91.00 a month. What more could anyone ask for? I think those Red Shirt guys need to do a stint in the morning from 5:00 am till 7:30 am. So those of us who work downtown and pay for the privilege of parking in the Civic Center Garage can get to work safely each morning.

Wait until you have to deal with all that AND the public bathing. If they have their way and dig that ditch down the middle of Broad Street!
If things get too bad I can always pitch myself out my office window.
